Term Remaining – Primary Term expires on November 30, 2019

Rate – Current Base Rent is $18,000 per month

Lease Structure – Lease is structured on a NNN basis; where Landlord is responsible for roof, slab, exterior walls, and structural components of building as well as HVAC. Tenant provides replacement insurance coverage on the property. Tenant reimburses Landlord yearly for taxes and common area maintenance and is responsible for all other maintenance items directly.
